At AFCON 2023 Round of 16, Nigeria navigates a win against an old foe, Cameroon

AFCON 2023 The Super Eagles at the Stade Félix-Houphouët-Boigny in Ivory Coast yesterday was not a glossy or dormineering performance but certainly majestic in seeing off old foe and "eternal rival" Cameroon from the tournament with a cushioning 2 : 0 scoreline. Mention must be made of Victor Osimhen's energetic high press on the Cameroonian defence, which made Jean-Charles Castelletto to buckle under pressure and on surviving a harsh body check and fowl from him was able to steady himself and thread a well tailored pass to Ademola Lukeman to find the back of the  net, leaving Goalkeeper Fabrice Ondoa, who is  a cousin to the more illustrous but maligned  Andre Onana scampering and sprawling to nowhere for Nigeria's first goal. Although not fully playing his part and living up to his billing as Africa's best player and one of the must lethal strikers in the world, his work rate and intelligent runs and decisions certainly aligns to that. Jose Mourinho exists Roma

JOSE MOURINHO EXITS ROMA Yeah, Jose Mourinho, once again the stuff of comedy skits and bout of laughter as he is sacked again for being "him" by a struggling low budget football club called Roma whom he elevated from obscurity and oblivon, for standing up to football officiating slavery and shackle. A practice that is now a menace and ridicle to the game. All over the world officiating has become a mess and the mafia hierachy of football holds us in firm grib and shackles, especially in England, they want us to be robots, emotionless and unpassionate bunch which is not possible.... you speak up or express yourself and you are slammed. You find some loyalists of these football "powers and forces" who have been psychologically brainwashed and taken over by the sheer coersive force of the games royalty coming out to mouth-off in support and justification of their usually arm twisting decisions while castigating the likes of Mourinho that dares to stand up to them in fr

Same time, same situation,as old clip of a ranting coach resurfaces

Arsenal has now developed a tendency and profile of experiencing a deep and slump in form at this time of the year in the English Premier League. Here we refresh your minds and in retrospect, bring you clips of a likely rehearsal in the dressing room at this time.We do hope to get out of "this dugout of a blip". That is the mettle and stuff of every good coach.

A strange and entrapped world of luxury

STRANGE WORLD OF LUXURY Many will prefer to spend their entire live in these Prisons. Then the question must be asked are those outside the Prison walls really free. This as usual would left to conjecture and diverse views. I believe a lot of people on the "other side" are entrapped.
